I had the route Berlin-Warzawa and Wilno- Petrograd. my opponent had Warzawa- Wilno. So I placed a station on Wilno. According to the tutorials my turn should have ended then. But my clock kept ticking, and I was thrown out. What should I have done?

Roughly around https://boardgamearena.com/archive/repl ... ;&goto=137 You have no remaining train car cards, which you need to place stations, so I don't see how you could have placed a station for your turn. You'd have needed to do something else for your turn, like draw train car cards.

There is no problem with the station. It was well build sooner.
You have triggered the last lap. Then all players must replay, you include.
But you have never replayed (taking new wagon cards or destinations) to finish this game...
