Also being captain, need to take two tasks with this hand

In game I got two tasks, one need to be taken second among 5 tasks and the other one 5th.

Code: Select all

How does such hand even exist
I can't see any reason, why a random (shuffled) hand should not look like this in a 4 player game. The probability is the same as any other combination of 10 cards.

How about that one? https://www.zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=22/28/3umv.jpg
Or this one? https://www.zupimages.net/viewer.php?id=21/47/mbxs.jpg
(wait 10s to have the skip option on the pop up. It wasn't the case before :( )

(1000 games x ~10 missions = this is the kind of hand you are dealt 1 time out of ~10000.
And I usually talk about my hand in chat after the mission if the sum of my hand is inferior to 30. I'm at 26, you are at 24 but got a sub.)

Well I should make it clear: what I was trying to say is I can't see any way to fulfill two tasks, because the mission has 5 ordered cards. Especially when I ended up getting the 5th task and 2nd task, so I can't use r4 to get both cards at the same time.

There might be two ways I can think of:
1. To establish green 123 suit, in this way I need two entries, preferably r4 (and making 2nd mission), and b4 (or maybe p3). But this also requires everyone to unblock their blue card and keep b2 or b3. Given I only have one comm, this is almost impossible.
2. r4 entry first, ruff and discard making 2nd mission, then use b4 as last entry to make 5th. Then I would need to comm b4 at first otherwise everyone would assume no problem. Seems harder as I only have two blues.

Suppose 2nd tasks is a yellow card I don't have (I remember being so), either way I would need to win that with r4 without revealing information of my yellow cards, so probably need someone holding task card to have more than 2 yellows.

Is there a better way (and/or comm) with this hand to win 2nd and 5th tasks?

Sorry didn’t mean that. Tried to talk about the possibility of taking two tasks using this hand. I changed the title to make it clear.

During a game that I recently played, the player who got two trump cards was not allowed to win any tricks. In the end it was successful. Table #658985896
