Play all cards button

I’ve played quite a few games at this point and one thing I keep thinking about is having a button to play all the cards if it’s possible. We already get a warning if you can play all cards and only choose one at the beginning of a hand (happened tonight once even though I’ve played like 300 games! It’s a great feature). An extension of this could be to have a greyed out “Play All Cards” button that turns green when it’s possible. Could be a more proactive version of the current message. Definitely not a must have but could be a nice feature. Make games go a bit quicker.

If you really want speed up things (as nowadays turn-base is the new standard

) ,you could even autoplay your last meld as done on other card games.

Thanks, Shobu, for pointing out this setting! I think enabling the "Auto-play finishing hands" option should eliminate the delay entirely. I just updated the warning popup in a way that I hope will make this setting more visible.
I'm generally in favour of keeping UI elements to a minimum for ease of learning and gameplay. That said, there's also something quite satisfying about clicking through all those cards when you're able to play a 987543! =)

Well… it may be satisfying for the person who has the big hand but if you just played 9876 and the other person has 5 cards remaining, there are a few seconds of dread contemplating if they are going to pass or come over the top with 54321.

Finally seen the updated message the other day and figured out how to turn the auto play on/off. The toggle dropdown isn’t in a super obvious spot. Would be nice to have it turned on by default. Not sure there would ever be a reason you wouldn’t want a winning hand to play immediately. It seems in general most people don’t have it turned on mostly because they probably don’t know it’s an option.

I'd love to have it on by default but new players might miss what's going on. There's a surge of players who turned this on after the new popup. Let's see, if it doesn't work too well, we might add in a few more messages/popups.
