Board Game Arena

In the statistics displayed after the game, there are fields like "First/Second/Third fullfilled cities/trading post id" and I can't figure out what they aktually mean. I noticed "First fullfilled city id" seems to be the amount of prestige needed for the city that a player claimed, but it doesn't make a lot of sense with the rest of those Can anyone explain?
