Board Game Arena

Can someone explain me how "exile this card to ..." cards work? I had it now multiple times that upon exiling these type of cards, nothing happens (as in, I'm not getting awarded). Is this a bug, or am I doing some wrong? Last time it happened to me, was here: https://boardgamearena.com/8/arnak?tabl ... ayFrom=188 (2-3 moves after the start of this replay)

You don’t actually “exile” the card with an exile token or card. You simply use the card in the same way you use another card and it will exile itself as the effect takes place. Think of it as a “one time use” card that will exile itself after you use it for its effect. It won’t exile if you use it for travel symbols.
