can we pay for premium using paypal?

I thought I already posted asking this question but I didn't see it come up in the forums.
I was hoping not to use my credit card to pay for a premium membership. I thought you could use Paypal at one time. Is Paypal an option for paying for premium?

The response from Xate was that you can use PayPal.

and if BGA would accept direct bank transfer, I would have been premium from the start
