Strings with image links repeatedly appear in translation center

During the past year, several games have had strings with image links re-appear untranslated in the translation centre. Here's an example from Anachrony: https://imgur.com/a/XL81RRt
So you translate it, and then a few weeks or months later, the same string appears again.
I believe the strings always include an image link, and, since the words seem identical, i can only surmise it's the image link that is different.
These are strings from tutorials made by Nekonyancer, and they assure me they haven't changed anything. Automatic update?
