I understand it's part of an upcoming expansion, so it makes sense to add extra Petting Zoo animals.
Just adding it now would increase the quantity of them without upping the other cards so not sure I would be a fan of that.

no, its a promo card. Also the expansion is out already.

The card is part of a future expansion. I would rather hold off until then.
