Is it possible to set up a game and host if from my account but not be one of the players? I'd like to teach some 4 player games, but not be one of the players since we have 5.

See this thread which I found by searching for "host" and restricting the search to topic titles.

It may be clunky, but it should work. Granted, I've never tried it myself.

By creating a mini tournament that is invite only. And I invite those other four players to join but I don't join in myself. That gives them as many rounds of that game as they want without me having to keep setting it up over and over
