Board Game Arena

I always thought that you could still play on the university track and get the movement on the development track even if there were no students available. The game on BGA does not allow this. Is this an error or a misunderstanding on my part. The behaviour is similar to the knights track. No knights available but you should be able to still advance and claim the increase in followers drawn from the bag etc

Nope both cases are wrong. You can't move up a track if there are no followers for that track remaining. It's possible followers are returned to the supply, you can then move up the track again.
