It seems there is a lot of problems on bga this afternoon (France time zone).
One question : is there people on the problems ?
Second question : have you people during night and holidays ?

If not, I'm free for now (project manager).
In anyway, could you answer about the problem plz... Information would be great...

That's a bit difficult to answer all messages, and we are there 100% of the time. It's just that it's more difficult to fix issues AND communicate while the priority is, of course, fixing it.

I'm in IT, a good team is tech for understanding the issue and solving it and project manager to coordinate and regularly communicate since the beginning of the problem

You need both communication and fix bugs (not the same person, now BGA is a big web site with Asmodée behind).

For me the service is good, could you give us a pourcentage of good services ? 99.5 %? 99.8 % ?
I have no need more for the cost of the subscription...
