The player's behavior is blocking the full game.

One player is blocking the Cannonades game by creating new tables and intentionally losing the game on the first move. I've already won 30 games, without a loss. He has almost 100 losses to 2 wins. I don't know why he does this. I am unable to play the entire game. This behavior discourages my and other players further attempts. I wanted to bring it to the attention of the BGA moderator, but the BGA website sends me back with atomatic anwser info "give him a red thumb". Any ideas?

A red thumb should prevent you from being matched against this player.
However, a moderator will probably review the account in time -- so just red thumb and move on for now.

Is there a particular reason you won't give a red thumb and move on?

The player has played more than 18,000 games on BGA and then some games they have some decent ELO. I'd to understand why they keep starting this game just to discard everything.
I agree that all you need to do is read thumb this player to not play with them again. And also you should be the one to create the game instead of waiting for someone else to do it. Restrict the game to people with more ELO then this player has and they won't be able to join a matter what.
you do have control here. Just change how you access games. Don't join his table. You have a choice. Use the manual mode when you were making games

Using the manual mode you can also expel a player before the table fills if you're fast enough. But again, the red thumb is a much simple fix.
