Why so few quality player matches? Used to get loads

For about a month now I have struggled to get a game of Catan. I don't think my restrictions are particularly severe - I prefer to play with 3 players and around my own level (c300), and reputation 75%+, but recently it's taking ages to get offered a game and even then I'm getting put into 4 player games, often with players with a low score and / or a pitiful reputation. I used to have no trouble getting matched with similar players. My reputation is almost always 100%, never lower than 90%. Has something changed? Any advice appreciated.
