Board Game Arena

Some of my friends have an account but haven't used it for over a year so they can't remember their password but there is no reset password option. They do still have access to their email accounts but there doesn't seem to be a way that they can access their account and because the website knows that they do have an account so it won't let them create a new account. What should they do?

They just need to reset their password.

Found this post when I googled Reset Password for BGA but no answer. Since I found the answer I am coming back to post it for OP and anyone else who finds this post.

To reset your password you have to put in your email or username and then on the next screen it asks for Password. Type whatever you want or just hit login and you will get an error that has the link to reset your password.

Horrible UI for this but there is your answer.
