[Suggestion of BGA in general] A "no play" list

I've tried to post this before but for some reason it didn't, so I'm trying again.
BGA should have a "no play" list, same as a friends list. Once you played with someone you don't want to play again, you add this person to that "no play" list and BGA won't pair you with this person again.
This may sound harsh, but there is a number of valid reasons why you don't want to play with someone and it's better than cancelling a game start, specially in games with a long wait time.
I have been using player notes to remind me of players I don't want to play again, but since players notes don't appear before the game start, it's useless.

BGA has had this for many years -- if you click a red thumb on a player, it should avoid matching you with them or letting them message you.
