I have had games go 6 rounds or be over in 1 round. When do games end?

It ends when at least one of players hits point goal then player with least amount of points wins.

What is the "point goal?" A specific number for BGA?

I do not understand the player panel where scores are displayed. 0/-5?? When is the game over?
Bicycle Cards rule say whoever is out of cards first wins, buit that doesn't follow here. I've had games go 6 rounds!

I'm also wondering. Especially for solo games.

in a short game-goal is for opp to have 5 cards in their hand when hand ends-could take several games for one opp to accumulate having 5 cards
