Bringing a game to BGA

I have tried four times filling out the form on this website to get my game on BGA, as well as sending a message on Facebook. It's been over a year and I never receive any replies. What am I missing with this process?

When you say "the form", do you mean the form at the bottom of https://boardgamearena.com/gamepublishers ?

What is your game name? Volunteer developers can check if it was added to the approved license list if we know what it is.

BGA ticket system is woeful.

Why is it expected that if you raise a ticket, then as a user you have ZERO idea of whether it's been read, or being dealt with, or maybe it got lost into the void. Anything at all would be better than this.
It shows a complete lack of respect to the users that have to use it.

GTS, Yes I used that official form over the last year trying to contact. It's a bit frustrating and I gave up until recently. I thought I would try again. My game is Through Hell and Back. https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/387 ... l-and-back
Thank you for the reply. I appreciate the assistance.

I checked and a request was made for this game, but the confirm link in the mail wasn't used, so you need to click the link before we can add the licence ;)

You may need to check your spam folder, in case a confirm link was sent and you did not receive it.

I don't see any emails at all. Is there a way for that to be re-sent?

You can submit a form again.

Note: One of the publishers I worked with complained that they didn't receive anything even they completed a form, for three times.
They eventually had to use another mail address to get the confirmation mail.

Thank you. I guess I will go that route then. I actually used two different email addresses already.
