Arena Opponents

I haven't played much Arena so I'm wondering about something. I'm a very low just got Silver level. I keep being paired with opponents of the "Elite" level - almost all of my opponents are Elite. Is there some way for me to set a preference that I'd like to be set to have opponents of the same or at least near the same level? Is that a setting somewhere and if so, where can I find it? Thank you!
