Coloretto: show available colors

I can never remember how many colors there are for how many players, so having a little graphical aid somewhere on the board would be VERY helpful, especially in cases where one of the colors takes a very long time to come out. "wait, there's orange?" is a bad discovery to make 80% through the game.
