Can't Place Rainbow?

Multiple games now, I have gotten error 'Unexpected error: BGA service error (reference: GS11 30/01 04:26:49)' or similar when trying to place a rainbow card in a valid position.
My opponent is able to place rainbows without issue, but every time I get a rainbow we have to abandon the game due to this error.
I will also add that I get this same error across multiple web browsers.
Any suggestions?
