Cordycephians copy power UI confusion

In case anyone else gets confused by this, the way to use the copy tech (second on the left tree) is to click on the text area of that tech and then it will ask you to click on the technology you'd like to copy from your opponents board. Sadly 3rd tier techs aren't usable
