Skill token awarded after skill tokens exhausted?

Hi,

Just wondering if it is correct that skill tokens are being awarded after they have been exhausted?

Example, the end of the game has been triggered and the game shows there are no skill tokens left, yet if a player plays a turn after this warning and completes the conditions to win a skill token one is still awarded, surely that can't be possible if they have been all awarded?

Is this is a bug, or a the normal rules of the game?

If it is a bug then I will report it as such.

THanks.

From the rules:
Even if the required number of Skill tokens have already been awarded, players can still earn more from the general pool, if they are able to do so.
Out of curiosity, had you read the rules yourself and were just asking for a clarification?

Thx for the reply....

I din't really understand the wording and the 'general pool' part.

So is your interpretation that the game is distributing the skill tokens correctly?

Yes. Also in the rules:
Skill tokens are received from the “countdown” stack (or from the general pool if the “countdown” stack is empty).
The countdown stack just determines when the endgame is triggered. It does not set a limit on how many skill tokens can be awarded. If that were true, then the language saying "players can still earn more" after the countdown tokens have been awarded would make no sense.
