Help Card should be shown by default

Hi,
Just played a game with some new players over discord. For their first game they had to go into the options and turn on the 'help card'. We only realised this after 20 minutes of me describing my own help card (I had turned mine on in a previous game and had forgotten it doesn't show by default), to vacant and confused faces.
Please could you have this option as shown by default, since this is a great tool for new players?
I would also recommend adding the placement rules to the help card.
Thanks guys, loving the game, this would just be a nice quality of life for other players.
