Board Game Arena

I've played a lot of Carcassonne over the years and there are people in my friend group who will only play if we don't use fields. I'd love to have the option of turning them OFF when playing! The Switch version allows that and it's so nice!

Yes, along with introducing the Abbott as currently gardens are useless. Would love to see more expansions added to the game in the near future.

Turning fields off and carcassonne will be a terrible game where the one who draws the better tile always wins.

Very true. A person should only play without fields the first couple times playing to get used to the game. After that, fields are a must! In this context, perhaps it's not a bad suggestion to add the option for no farmers, but I certainly will not be paying without them.
