Khlor has been stuck black for days https://boardgamearena.com/2/khlor?table=627106827, how do I get this game cancelled so it is not making it hard to go through all my other turn based games?

I want to press arrow to get through games, but this game has been getting in the way for days and I reported to khlor and to bga and I am still stuck in it. It is completely black screen I can’t use. It is super annoying! I have many turn based games and this increases time to play my games as I can’t go quickly with the arrow.
