Remove people from a not started game

Hi!
While we are still waiting that the game starts, how can I remove players? I sometimes see the message "Sorry but X doesn't want to play with Y".
I am asking as I had it that one player left the game just to get into line for a fresh game again and I wanted to remove this player because of his behaviour.
Can someone help me please?
