I won a game in normal mode (in beta)
Then I won a game in friendly mode with a tie-breaker (That game was started in alpha but ended in beta) : no badge
Then I won a game in normal mode (in beta) and now I get the badges for 2 consecutive wins and 3 consecutive wins at the same time.

Yeah, there often seems to be a delay between the event triggering and the notifications of the badges. The system is at times a little buggy and/or confusing.

It seems you don't get badges after friendly games but those games are counted for streaks after the fact. Same thing happened to me: I won my first two Fromage games in friendly mode, then played one in normal mode, which I also won. Got all three badges (1st victory, bang bang, and never 2 without 3) at once.
