If I have a "Add 1 sprout to all plants in this column plant (Beach Rose) and I have a swamp sprouts in a different column, if I select the beach rose as the target of my Copy will it activate it from the rose's location, or from the sprout's?

It should activate from the active card that is doing the action, not the one being copied.
