Game speed preference

Is there a way to permanently set game speed preferences for all future games? I keep learning new games and forget that I need to go in and change my preferences for each new game and only notice when I get assigned a new game that has a faster speed then I prefer. I feel like I might have at some point done this but now my situation has changed and it makes it tough to go into each game and fix it

There are no global epeed settings for all games.

Thanks I thought that was the case I wish they would create something like that
