Why there is some ELO ratings? These are pointless in casual gaming, only tournaments where competitors cant choose each others it is relevant.
How i can play games without any supporting any kind elo-* as primary option, not some "friendly game" option.

If you change the time setting to friendly game, there will be no elo involved.

I don't understand why you think ELO ratings are pointless.

If you don't like them, you have 2 options.
1 - ignore them.
2 - play friendly mode (you seem to not want to do this, although I'm not sure why).

And as for why, it's to help players find players of their skill level, as some players would like to play someone of roughly their skill level.
