People who block should be banned or at least lose lots of ELO. It's so annoying when people block, it's completely opposite of the point of the game. Who has fun anyway when people block? There is absolutely no joy.

What rule in the game are they violating such that they should be banned? The framework won't allow an illegal move, so whatever you are proposing is outside the rules of the game. And given that you've found the "no sabotage" group, why isn't that enough for you? You want to impose the voluntary norms of that group on all players, even those who didn't agree to them.

Do you also want to ban all the top players in the world?

The point of the game is scoring more points than the opponent(s). Everything else is just people whining for no valid reason.

After the game, you should see a green thumbs up / red thumbs down symbol for each of your opponents. If you don't want to play that person again, you can give them a personal thumbs down and BGA will avoid pairing you up again.

You make a decent case for banning anti-blockers. A solid example for how toxic such cheating can be. Such anti-blockers clearly don't enjoy the game and seem to only get off on trying to bully other users, which is quite toxic.
