Max Dice Tokens?

I was playing as the penguin and scored a 5 "!" roll, but my inventory only has 2 die tokens in it. Is there a rule I overlooked or should I log this in bugs?
Edit: Ok, nvm, there is a max of 2 die tokens. I think the UI should show 0/2 next to the die tokens so we know there is a cap on it. BGA didn't tell me it was taking away my tokens. I thought I had a cool killer turn, but no I did not.
