Hi,

How do I access all features of the free mode in premium membership. Ex: no wait time for games and audio video chat. Thanks for any help I've looked Everywhere for an answer.

There's no wait time for games because you can start any game you want at any time - you're not restricted to non-premium. But it will depend on there being players available to play with you, so some games may still not be able to start immediately.

I've never used the video chat, so you'd have to wait for someone else's response on that.

In a real time game open the chat box, then at the bottom you will see a microphone and video camera icon. I've never actually used the video feature. I have used the voice feature a few times to try it, but it's a little buggy and because I would never dream of using it with strangers I just use Discord with friends anyway.
