The "recruit" action "Recruit" says "Up to 3 nonsubmissive spaces" but I can't figure out how to get it to let me pick more than one.

Just to ask the obvious - are you doing this as a "plots and deeds" move? You can only pick one parish if you do it as a single plot but three if you do "plots and deeds".

If it is a "plots and deeds" move, then log a bug report with table number and move number.

The other question is whether you have enough money for three recruit actions. Each costs 1 coin.
