Time penalty from bugs/server issues

So I'm guessing there's no way to get a time penalty repealed, even if it was from a bug or server issue. During a game of Seasons (no6838095), the server disconnected me with little warning (couldn't the client play a sound when this happens?) and it appeared to me as if we were waiting for another player to play. How long do these stay on your profile for?
