Oak Scoring in Expansions

When playing with the expansions, how does Oak scoring work? Does it require all the base game trees or will any 8 different ones work? This could do with clarifying on the card.
I think there's another card with a similar issue but I can't remember it right now...

Any 8 trees. But the card itself is the same text as it has in the real life set, and they can't go back and modify everyone's cards that have already been printed. If you read the rules for the expansions, they cover it. For example the Alpine expansion rules have this bit:
Oak and Strawberries: There are now two additional tree species (Alpine Larch and Swiss Pine ), but Oak and Strawberries still only require 8 different tree species

Great, thanks for clarifying that. I guess BGA could clarify this on the hover-over text without having to do anything to the cards. Maybe that is already there and I've just not spotted it yet
And yes, I should have checked the rules

For your information: On the publisher's website
https://lookout-spiele.de/en/games/forr ... -downloads you can download an appendix, which explains each card in detail (including expansions). I also added the link to the BGA game page in the learning section.

Thanks for that. I've proposed a change to the pop up text for the Oak to clarify this.
