Board Game Arena

I'm currently 2nd in ELO in a game due to the previous 2nd place losing a game. I guess if i had reached 2nd place with a victory of my own i would have gotten the achievement for 2nd in ELO immidiately. What happens now? Will i still get the achievement, but at a later time (i.e checked once per 24 hours?) or wont i get the achievement until i finish a match in that game? Does anyone knows how it works?

I think you need a point change (after which you are 2nd still), if achievements for this game are given out even.
