Card rules quetion: Reader

So the card "Reader" reads as follows:
As soon as you have 6 (7 in draft mode) occupations in front of you (including this one), this card provides toom for one person.
I took this to mean draft as in "drafting cards" so when playing pick 7 from 10, shoudl this be considred "draft mode" I think not... But this is how it is implemented. Has anyone checked on this ruling?= I wan't able to find any info about it. I haven't posted a bug report yes as I am unsure of the intention of this card.
