Board Game Arena

Being later in turn order provides a substantial advantage, particularly near the very end of the game. One possible way to mitigate this discrepancy would be to alternate first player between rounds. With 3 or more players there are many ways to structure this, but in a 2 player game a simple ABBA turn order would help level the playing field. It would be nice to have that as an option in game setup.
Has anyone played this way IRL? Have you noticed any differences? Do you have a different suggestion for how to handle this?

That's a great idea. I think this really needs addressing, also in official rules for the game.
