Suspected bot

I just had a game where a bot was playing and I don't know how to report them. They started the game with posting a link to a youtube video, then timed out two puzzles. When I accused them of being a bot in chat while we were waiting for them to play puzzle three, they complained about us being slow and that we should click 'give up'. They were the only player not playing. Eventually one player took one for the team and quit the game. The suspected bot is still at the table with -20 minutes on the clock, though they are now offline. I tried to report them but I'm not entirely sure what to report them for.

One of the players created a bug report because of the situation.

Errr... what makes you think of a bot here ?
People can just act stupid, ya know !

If opponent was solving puzzles instantly (like, without even taking time to move the pieces), I'd understand suspecting this, but why would someone not even playing have to be a bot ?

New account & arguable behavior including advertisement, sure. But why "a bot" ???

EDIT : thanks for the details.
Well, definitely weird behavior, whatever is behind this spam/scam trash.
I just wonder why doing this on BGA when they have TikTok and X for this :P

The reasons I suspect the player to be a bot are:
The instant youtube link to a spam video upon game start.
Not responding to to direct questions, but a response claiming the rest of us were slow when we'd all played the current puzzle already the instant the word 'bot' was entered in chat.
It was an account created that same day with a language that didn't match the country.
They'd timed out on 12 of the 14 games played.
They took the full time on every puzzle and didn't solve any.
We abandoned the game because one player took the reputation hit to quit, and the suspect player stayed on until the game fully timed out 30 minutes later.

None of these points on their own would lead me to suspect a bot. I get that people aren't always the best at playing, people can have a preferred language outside of their country norms, people can play lots of games poorly the first day they join. It's the combination that lead me to the bot suspicion, the biggest one being there immediate response to the bot accusation and the spam vid being their only interaction in the game while the rest of us were discussing the situation in chat.
