ratings lists

Does anyone know how to find ratings lists? I don't mean the league leaderboards but the actual ratings. I am wanting to browse current top ten players, etc. I have tried various searches but can't seem to find whether this is available.

The Ranking panel that shows the arena leaderboard can be switched to show the current ELO rankings: just click at the top right, where it says Current Season, and change it to All-time. (Rankings given in parentheses after a player’s ELO on their profile page refer to positions in this “All-time” list - but the name “All-time” is misleading, since it excludes players who haven’t played the game recently.)
