On Table #639018447, the very last turn. Can someone explain why I couldn't use the 13 BIS card? I can't understand what I'm missing.

Hi, it’s because you didn’t have a space for number 13. BIS works like all other effects, you need to be able to first put down the number it’s assigned to and THEN you can use the effect. If the BIS effect came with number 10 or 11, you would’ve been able to play it in the top row and use the effect in the bottom row between the 13 and 14. Hope this helps!
