I try a new method because I want to get rid of these red banner which is just on top of the buttons.

The bad part is we are now forced to close the message but I think it's devaluate the strategy to try without thinking which is not a bad thing.

I play a lot of extreme puzzles to force me to use it and I found it better than the red banner.

Agreed, I saw it today and like it a lot.

Having played with this change for a little while now, I think it's definitively more of an annoyance than the red banner was. That got me what, once in over 100 games?

This popup makes me find another specific spot on my screen to click to continue (when already my clicking/tapping speed is sometimes one of my biggest weaknesses against the highest-ranked players, and not one that's really directly connected to the game we're playing) and also makes me wait an extra second or two to be able to evaluate what I did wrong since the board is blocked off. Perhaps that is seen as a fitting penalty for a wrong guess, in which case okay. But if the goal is to make a more streamlined and thus "better" experience, I think this change is a miss and would support its reversal.

Just my two cents, I'm not trying to lead a protest against the change or anything like that.

I can do two things :

Make a very bigger OK button.

Make every pixels of the screen result of a close of the window.

Thanks a lot, I like the new way of displaying the incorrect disposition. A larger button is an improvement too. Very quick and easy to press it. Thanks for keeping improving UX and for the quick turnaround on the provided feedback!
