Personal Red Thumb List?

Say I've given a random player (or two) a red thumb (just my personal opinion). And now some time has gone by... and I'm in the mood to review some of these, maybe undo them. I can't find them by name, of course, because they were just random people. So...
Is there any way for me to find/see my red thumb list?

There is no list intentionally provided by the BGA framework, if that's what you mean. I vaguely recall someone saying this information was exposed in site metadata somewhere, but I've forgotten the details. Also, there are thousands of other non-red thumbed players on BGA. I trust past me to have made the correct decision.

Additionally you could also add a personal note as to why you've red thumbed the players. I've been doing this so I can keep track, sometimes I do red thumb for "silly" reasons and that way I'm able to reverse the decision when enough time has passed.

On your profile page, right click, page source, search for the term 'red_thumbs_given'. This will give a list of player id's; copy an id at the end of
https://boardgamearena.com/player?id= to see the player's profile. BTW a list 'red_thumbs_taken' is also stored on your profile, so you can also check who red-thumbed you.

I got to see that people who blocked me solely did so because I won a game against them. And one blocked me for a game that was abandoned upon their request, this is ridiculous

It's not ridiculous when it's just a personal red thumb. It's not like they're reporting you or you're in trouble, they just don't want to play with you, and you can do the same. That's the beauty of personal red thumbs. Maybe you don't like someone's play style, that's not reportable but you can block them with the personal red thumb so you never have to play them again.

Anyone is allowed to red thumb for whatever reason, as I am allowed to think it is ridiculous to red thumb someone because they won a game of yahtzee against you.

This is great to know - thanks. I removed all the red thumbs I'd given people. It was interesting to see who had red thumb'd me - I'm not sure I recall playing against some of them!

Interesting hidden feature. Seems I have received 6 in 542 games, although 3 of them are from people I never played against in any game.
Two were from people who I beat in Terraforming Mars; I have no idea why. Perhaps they just preferred to be matched against players more at their level?
The 6th one was from my own spades partner, who wanted to switch the game to turn based (who plays turn-based SPADES?) because of a prior obligation. The response was "no" from everyone else at the table, along with, "why did you start a game you knew you couldn't finish"?

Red thumbing someone is definitely more efficient than the approach of one player I know of. This player beat me repeatedly at one particular game, which has a smallish pool. Then came the day I won against them, and by a big margin. After that, each time I joined a table they had set up, they would quit it. A couple of times they joined my game, to hastily leave it again when the confirmation screen came up. I thought I was imagining it at first, but it happened so consistently that I don't think I could have been.
I gave up attempting to join games with them, until about six months later I saw they had opened another table and joined it out of curiosity. Same thing happened again. Truth be told, I'm a little impressed that someone could hold such a feeble grudge for so long and has never realised the potential of the red thumb
