Schafkopf is a German trick-taking card game using a playing card pack without lower number cards.
Each player bids the game type they want to play.
In the base game type, Obers (Queens), Unters (Jacks) and Hearts are permanent trumps.
The declarer nominates a secret partner by calling a non-trump Ace, then the declarer side must take more points to win the hand.

I was considering doing this. Thank you for pre-empting that. :)
About to start my first game of it. Already have one comment: could you set 4 as the default player number? I (as a Bavarian who grew up with this game at school) didn't even know it could also be played with other numbers. Other player counts are definitely non-standard rules.

The default actually doesn't matter much if a specific player count is indeed popular (e.g. Euchre).
I'll keep the current default player count, as I'm not sure about the potential BGA player pool and the matchmaking difficulty.
