Bugs & Suggestions - Elo - Smurf Accounts

I would like to express my concerns regarding the effectiveness of the Bugs & Suggestions section,
as it appears that few player concerns have been adequately addressed over time.
Players have consistently advocated for the implementation of several essential features, including:
- Mute Chat
- Speed Blitz
- Account Privacy.
Additionally, I would like to address the inadequacy of the Elo rating system, which requires revision or replacement to enhance its effectiveness.
Furthermore, the existence of Smurf Accounts needs to be addressed, as they undermine fair play and constitute a form of cheating.
It is imperative to investigate why the BGA administrators have not yet taken measures to combat this issue.

Why would you expect posting this here to be any more effective than posting complaints in Bugs & Suggestions?

Have you notified FBI and CIA?

Who is being complicit? I can't accuse you of being Gen-AI because it composes plausibly coherent sentences.

I find it highly amusing how certain players who constantly comment in FORUMS always try to divert from the issue at hand!

Well, these issues are obviously not a priority for the BGA team and also not for the majority of players, considering how many people play here regularly and how few complain / offer these suggestions.
Posting in this subforum will do little to nothing to get a response from the BGA team and if you want support from your fellow players you should really link to the bug reports you want people to upvote. As for suggestions, there is a subforum for that

Okay? Address the supposed inadequacy then. What needs revision or replacement? What are the issues? I have one complaint about the Elo system, but I have not seen other people saying anything about it, so I'm guessing most people don't care.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the elo system. Just many have zero idea how elo system works and why they lose or gain certain points. Smurfs. 9000 plus games. Pretty sure I have not seen a single smurf. And if have. Not noticeable. Must be to short. Or I can't see blue color.

And I find it amusing how people always make a claim, and then refuse to answer a specific, direct question about that claim.
You've now been asked two direct questions:
1) Who is supposed to be "investigating" this?
2) Who is being "complicit"? If it's BGA, then "complicit" is the wrong word because they are the direct actor, not simply going along with it. If you aren't referring to BGA, then use your words and say who you mean.
And just because someone asks a question doesn't mean they disagree with you. It frequently means they can't understand what you're saying enough to agree or disagree. For example, I would like better privacy settings and a non-third party dark mode (another highly voted request).
