We're looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Community Manager to join our team! If you're someone who thrives on building engaging online communities and loves the world of board games, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be the driving force behind our community engagement, managing our social channels, planning exciting events, and ensuring BGA's voice is heard across the globe. We're looking for someone who can develop and execute creative community strategies, analyse data, and work closely with our team to keep our community thriving.
In a nutshell, you'll be:
- The voice of BGA: Managing our forums, social media, and other communication channels.
- A community builder: Planning and executing events, campaigns, and initiatives.
- An influencer manager: Developing and maintaining relationships with key influencers.
- A strategist: Analysing data and contributing to the platform's roadmap.
