game is stuck (cannot leave/expel) - what to do?

hi
i'm stuck in a game of yatzy - table number 7119287
my opponent can not score, only error msges appear, and thus the game does not end
i can't expel my opponent, i can't leave and my opponent isn't able to leave either...just red error bars at the top
someone here who can help me?
