Improvements needed for Hive

Here are a few things that I think should be implemented for Hive.
1) Let players choose White or Black. (It seems that this is currently random)
2) Implement the 3 repetition of position equals a draw.
3) Allow an <Offer a Draw> option. (Currently the only way to do this is to jointly abandon the game. But then the games does not appear in history, allow for review or effect ELO points.)
