Board Game Arena

Am I missing something? I just recently started playing the game and sometimes I have 8 cards and I take 1 card from the deck, but then it passes my turn immediately and on the log it says that I had 10 cards so that's why I couldn't draw any more, but truly I only had 9 cards on my hand.

Any help?

Do you have a game replay where you can point to which move this happened? I haven't seen that happening before.

This happened to me a few times yesterday.
It felt like a glitch and I had to refresh several times while playing because it kept freezing.

Happened to me too a few times yesterday, but I just assumed I miscalculated the cards, as I was a bit sleepy. Now that I've seen this topic I was very careful with keeping track of my cards number and I'm sure this happened in my last game twice. But I can't find this in the log, every time I have drawn cards, the logs say two cards drawn.

What's curious is that sometimes drawing two cards was treated like two moves, and sometimes like one move.

Anyway, we need to raise a bug report, I will soon if no-one else does, but it would be more helpful if someone could find the specific move number when it happened.

(BTW I was playing real-time with both expansions, how about you?)

Please upvote it and provide info like table number and move number where it happened to you if you can.

I think it is a bug. I encountered this problem a couple of times too, after the new season started. I had to refresh the site to be able to draw the second card. But this problem happened in other games too, that the server did not register the move.

The developer has answered here https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=155877: "It seems that BGA has some issues with updating cards... We are investigating."

If I remember correctly, I had the problem in this game: #657332719
With less then 9 cards, I could take only one card. That's what I remember. History looks like I had two turns in a row, taking one card in each. One of my opponents did too.
